Medical Office Management and Communication System

The CIVITEC Integrated Managed Care System is an automated system for
processing, tracking, and reporting non-primary physician service
authorizations to be used by primary care physician groups.  Along with a
unique HMO/provider relationship and office computer system, it provides an
integration and monitoring of managed care delivery system.  The CIVITEC
Integrated Managed Care System will provide the information to physician
groups to enable them to better monitor and manage their health care delivery
system.  This system will allow physician groups, through a management
company, to increase provider income, reduce in-patient utilization, reduce
associated administrative costs, and improve monitoring of the quality and
utilization of health care services.  It will also provide the necessary
information to strengthen their relationship with HMO's and improve their
position in the competitive health insurance market.  The CIVITEC Intedgrated
Managed Care System provides integration with the CIVITEC Medical System.  In
addition to the group management capabilities, the total system will offer
individual, confidential office management to member physicians.  This will
provide individual physicians with an electronic link to all insurance
carriers, participating hospitals, specialist physicians and ancillary
providers, as well as the group's administrative office.
